  HOW DO I USE LAB-WATCH?

You simply access Lab-watch service by connecting to the Internet and then going to www.lab-watch.com . After a simple registration process, you are ready to access results online.

  HOW DO I SEE MY TEST REPORTS?
Once you are a registered Lab-watch member, you will be given a unique PIN (Personal identification number). You can then access your test reports with your user name, password and PIN.

  DO I GET ACCESS TO TESTS TAKEN AT DIFFERENT TIMES?

Yes. Whenever you take a test and say you want to access that test result online, mention your User-ID. You can view all your test reports date wise for one year.

  WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY OF MY REPORTS? 

Lab-watch respects your privacy and confidentiality needs. Lab-watch gives you protected access to your lab reports, through a secure login. Only you can access vour report with a combination of your username, password and your unique PIN. Combining the password and PIN is intended to ensure that only authorized persons can retrieve and view reports.
